Booking Terms & Conditions

Bookings normally commence from 3pm on the Saturday of arrival to 10am on the Saturday of departure. Please enquire about alternatives for short breaks and other options. We would like to welcome you and be as flexible as possible.

A 20% deposit to confirm a booking is payable within 5 days of making a reservation.
The balance of 80% is payable 8 weeks prior to arrival: for bookings made within 8 weeks of arrival we ask for the full amount.
Payment should be made by cheque payable to Jenny Clark: sorry we are unable to accept credit or debit cards.
In the event of cancellation ;
- 21 days or more from arrival we will refund 50% of your booking fee and more if we can re let some/all of the booking.
- 20 days or less from arrival we will only refund if we can re let the booking.

If this is a concern we suggest taking out holiday insurance
